Opcion Yo is not a medical group nor a health care provider. Opcion Yo provides administrative and management services of a Website which

Session Privacy and Recording Policy
Coaching and accompaniment sessions conducted through the Platform between a
Provider (specialist) and a customer are intended to be a private and confidential space.
Opcion Yo does not record, monitor, or store coaching sessions. Recording of
sessions is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

Recording by Opcion Yo;

Recording by the Provider (specialist); and

Recording by the customer or any third party.
No audio, video, screen recording, or similar capture of sessions is permitted
under any circumstances, whether for personal, professional, training, supervision, or commercial
purposes.
Any attempt to record a session without express written authorization from
Opcion Yo (where legally permitted) may result in suspension or termination of access to the
Platform.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Opcion Yo’s operational support teams (including
customer support, sales, and consulting) may request consent to record calls or communications with
users solely for quality assurance, internal training of agents, and service improvement purposes.
Such recordings, when applicable, do not include coaching or accompaniment sessions and never involve
Providers or customers during private sessions. Where required by applicable law, users will be notified
and/or their consent will be obtained prior to recording.

exercise your choices. We offer you choices on how you can opt out of our use of tracking technology,
disclosure of your Personal Information for our advertising to you, and other targeted advertising.
We do not control the collection and use of your information collected by third

purchase, or your use of our Platform and/or the Services. You may have other options with respect to

advertising networks. Ad networks allow us to target our messaging to users through demographic,
interest-based, and contextual means. These networks track your online activities over time by collecting

completely secure. We strive to use best practices and industry standard security measures and tools to
